Have used both but if they lowered my hematocrit it was marginal . Donating is your best option by far as Ive tried many supplements to lower it ..I use lumbrokinase which is much stronger then Natto to prevent and destroy any potential clots. Has worked very well for me after trying Natto and Serra

Thanks for the tip on lumbrokinase. I'll switch over to that. I do give blood every 56 days. It keeps it manageable I was just hoping to find something that would keep them from creeping up so quickly. Living 5,000+ feet above sea level doesn't help. Also I realize I spelt naringin wrong lol

No problem. Yeah I knew what you were talking about . I use to use the Swanson brand now I just eat a lot of grapefruit.

Oh yeah one other thing I know for a fact sleep apnea increases hematocrit and once I switched over to subcutaneous injections my numbers never went over 48

I did recently switch to sub q I'll get some labs done in a few weeks and see what if any effect that has. Thanks for your input!
