I stay on 250mg of sust year round. 125mg on monday and 125mg thursday. Im 4 weeks into 400mg of primo For my summer cutter. Take 200mg monday and 200mg thursday. Im in week 8 of 10 of 100mg of deca for my joints. Taking 6.25mg of aromasin monday and 6.25mg of aromasin thursday. I take .5mg caber with my weekly deca shot Wednesday. Blood work was taken on a Wednesday morning. my normal total test is 1300-1500 so the 1700 makes me wonder about the primo, but my doc didnt test my estrogen levels so i need to do that before passing much judgement. Looks like ill be staying away from orals for awhile or for good. The egfr is low and creatnine is high. So looks like tudca, nac, astraglas supplementation time. Also no more sodas. Im hoping the ldl and hdl is an indicator of primo or atleast mast. but again im going to have to pay for my own estrogen test. Hopefully it will turn out extremely low. If its high i know the primo isnt legit.

Regarding the AST/ALT/egfr numbers.
If I work out the days before and the day I have my blood drawn, they are just like yours.
A bit elevated.

But if I dont work out for a few days and dont work out the day I have the blood drawn they are lower and in normal.
I have done that several times with the same result.

Not sure if that applicable to you but I have "proven" that several times.
My last blood work was normal for those values and I did blood work on a Wednesday and didnt work out since the Friday before

I was on proviron. Took 50mg for a while then 25mg, every day.
I was on 250mg of test and my estrogen turned out to be 48 and that was over a week since last injection.
But my free test was high. So I think the proviron is legit but I need to use some arimidex to keep it down.
It always seems to creep up, even on 200-300mg test for me.

Isnt proviron a non factor at all to your liver? Im sensitive to liver toxic aas and i can pop proviron like candy.

Starting a multivitamin again. Just got omega 3’s. Waiting on the tudca, nac, astragulis to get here.

Bro, do your body a favor and take a couple weeks off lifting and chill on the protein. Intense lifting and excess protein alone do a number on your kidneys.

Throw some apple cider vinegar in the mix, too- super underrated detox agent for both kidneys and liver.

Very underrated supplement. I worked under a pharmacist and her husband was a Pharmacokentic professor(the hard shit) and he replaced all his meds with apple cider vinegar and preached it to his students.

Ironic how most of the answers to our ills are found in nature. ACV will flush out your organs like nothing else, when i was using narcs and i needed to flush toxins out quick i would drink a couple shots, wash it down with some water and in 1-2 hours i would piss and a faint black cloudy substance would come out.

idk how this isnt in every aas user's daily tool kit. It's chock full of naturally occurring vitamins, too.

thanks for sharing your panel. while throwing more meds at a situation isn's ideal, that said, pls research Telmisartan for all of its benefits to include kidney protection. It is a fantastic prophylactic tool for bros. I like your protocol- conservative and well managed. Tudca and NAC are great additions to the regiment as well as B-50 complex if you haven't already. Is blood pressure under control too? Let us know how things are going, appreciate the opportunity to offer any insights in the spirit of harm reduction. Cheers

I take losartan for blood pressure. Im told its supposed to have kidney protecting affects. Im not doing protein shakes. Im wondering if its massive amounts of stress.
