My girl is doing a show in 12weeks and wants to jump on a clen/anavar cycle. What is the best dosage to start off on. She is 5’3” and 135. Also I understand the 2 on 2 off cycle for clen but how should she ramp the dosage. Should she start now with 12 weeks out or wait closer to the show.

Clenbuterol is straight garbage. Run Var for all 12 weeks.
What is the best dosage for her to start at. It will be her first time running it. Her diet is perfect and training is on point.

5mg, ramp up to 10mg if she can handle it.

Im not a fan of clen, too much heart damage through beta 2 receptors, with that said id feel comfortable with a short 2 week run at 40mcg, no more, last 2 weeks prior to show
Be careful with anavar, alot of fake shit out there, most of its dbol, my wife blew up on 10 mg 2 summers ago
