Not pharm brand, this is a UG from a source that has always been excellent. I have been sick for the last 10 days and diet went to shit, so I haven't had a chance to weigh in. Will do so tomorrow.

I am on a fast today, and my fasting bg was 107. The goal is to consistently be under 90 bg fasted even with higher calories- i currently have to cut carbs next to nothing, fast intermittently, cardio several times a week etc just to get it mid 90's for a couple days a week.

I will use the following protocol:

Weeks 1-3: 250mcg 1x week
Weeks 4-6: 500mcg 1x week
Weeks 7+: 1mg 1x week

This protocol is subject to change depending on my dosage tolerance

I’m definitely curious. My endo is going to write me a script for the 10mg pens but I don’t even know that I want to use them so this should be interesting. Definitely following this

I think your dosing is wrong, way to low.
Starting is 2.5mg.

Thats the protocol my source recommended so i dont get hit with too many sides, and its a similar protocol that some guys at PM ran it with success. I'll see how it goes and adjust fro there.

FWIW- I should also disclose that i am running 200-400mg of d n p for the last 5 days, and will do so for the next few. Also very low dose of Tren Hex.

24 hours into it, my appetite is down, but not non existent. I feel lethargic and a bit of a cloudy head, which i wasnt feeling until the Tirz. More so than just the d n p/tren.

We'll see how this next week shakes out.

2.5 mg once a week of tirzepatide floored me. I read that was the recommended starting point to allow your body to adjust but it was way too much for me. The appetite suppression was strong for 4-5 days but the lethargy/fatigue became unbearable.

I’m very interested in seeing how this goes for you Xxplosive. Tirz is no joke, micro dosing is the right approach because too much of it will floor you. Good luck! I can’t believe the 400 lb fattys that slam 15mg of this shit a week and still eat right through it.

The ones that my wife has is 5mg a shot. Single shot.
She took it and said it was a bit much but not the worst.
The Ozympic was worse for her at low dose.
She is sensitive to pretty much everything.

The appetite suppression i got from this dosage was very mild and is now gone. I ate a bunch of junk last night after smoking some weed.

i will double the dosage to 500mcg next week to see if that helps.

Even at 2.5 mg the appetite suppression wore off around day 4/5 and i had my normal cravings. When i give it another run, I’ll break the shots up like 2 or 3x a week but smaller doses. I think that would be the most effective protocol and hopefully minimize sides

My friend would be nauseated in the morning. Drinking on it would make her puke. Once she stopped she gained all 70 pounds back.

Jesus Christ. 70 lbs. Sounds like someone lost their weight and literally stopped trying and binged as hard as they could for a few months.

The drug made her loose the weight with out changing diet or exercise. So when the drug stopped the weight crept back.

Did her body composition improve or was it straight weight loss?

I hear people say "you lose weight because it kills your appetite". I personally think that's a pile of bullshit, if we wanted to kill our appetites, we could just run anadrol and tren lol.

It does that to. Shes a decently heavy drinker. Couple times per week. No hang overs. Then when she took that every morning after drinking shed puke. She wasnt a fan of breakfast on the drug. Shes a work from home, amazon prime everything, groceries delivered 45 at the time woman. But like i said drug did the work. Stopped the drug snd the weight crept back. She got smaller ofcourse and old clothes falling off. But no where near what youd call in shape. Hers was all doc monitored. I think they upped the dose monthly.

Update:

-
Last week i got completely off track, ate too many edibles and binged on a bunch of junk for a day or two. Even with that, after a couple days of being bloated, I am leaner than prior to the binge.

Just checked my bg and it came in at 110- from my understanding it takes about 4-5 weeks for it to start lowering bg.

No headaches, lethargy, etc. May bump up to 750mcg or even 1mg this week.
