Back in 2020 I ran 200 mg a day for well over 6 weeks no problem

this go around I was doing 100mg and 150mg some days and after about 4 weeks the back pumps were just killing me with pain and stiffness

had to drop it a few days ago and am just running 20 mg winstrol until the back pump and pain is 100% done

then I think I’m gonna add it back in at 50mg and maybe 20 or 40 mg dbol

2 to 4 grams of taurine seemed to help and 750 mg GABA even though I hate that weird tingling sensation from the GABA
