^^^hey brother ..IMO; food intake would be first place to look

FIRST QUESTION;
..what is your DIET?
..what are your total calories daily?
..what are your macros?

NEXT;
..how much do you weigh?
..current BF%

THEN;
..activity level

Calories in calories out. Thats a lot of gear to just randomly loose weight unless you have a thyroid problem or type of muscle wasting disease.

Hi all. I'm new here. Two weeks ago I started going to the gym. I need to lose about 23-25kg. I would like to know from you whether it is worth sticking to a diet if I go to the gym?

YES...
Diet is more important then the gym if you are trying to lose weight.
you can lose weight with a good diet but you might not lose weight if you go to the gym with a shitty diet.
Basically, you can't out train a crappy diet.
If you want good results do both.

“Going to the gym” won’t make you lose weight. A caloric deficit definitely will. Steady cardio will help, too. My neighbor “goes to the gym” and does nothing but stretch on the floor in the weight room. Don’t know why he doesn’t do that at home.
