I've been cheating on my gf for a year with another woman

Pretty much just hate myself and wondering when I'm going to tell her. Me and the other woman broke up and the worst part is she's the one with my heart now...I've got no one in my personal life I can talk to about this and just admitting it feels better than holding this in today.

Hate to tell you this but don't tell her IMO. You may feel better, but she won't. Especially if you are still in love with this other woman. How would you feel if your girl did that to you? Would it make you feel better, or would it just cause you a whole lot of extra pain.

Like others pointed out, telling the truth will fuck you hard. It's sort of like being arrested and the cops telling you if you just tell us the truth everything will be ok. No it won't, this is why you always ask for a lawyer. Never talk to the cops without a lawyer and never tell your girlfriend or wife the truth. Definitely stop the BS but keep the secret to your gave unless you really love problems.

Just end it with her and both of you can move on with your lives. It’s really not fair to keep you current GF in this relationship. If it was some 1 night fling I could see trying to make things work but 1 year?

I know this old. But I hope you kept your mouth shut. You're going to win absolutely no prizes telling her. Been in this situation several times with different women, just side flings, and my dumbass ended up snitching on myself at some point, over guilt or spite. If the girl seems cool about it at first, better believe she's holding onto that and going pull it back out on you at the worst time possible.

You're not in love with the new woman, it's Called an affair fog. Don't tell your wife..drop the other woman. Believe me, if u have an ounce of care for your gf or wife do not tell her. You fuck both you and her over by telling her the truth. If she even slightly gives af about you, it's gonna cause a world of hurt that will always be there no matter what you do or try to do to make up for it.

i guess just decide if you even REALLY want her or if you're just settling.
