I’ve been trying to research a protocol for insulin. I’ve heard 10 grams of carbs per unit of Humulin 70/30. Thanks in advance!
Waist line hasn’t been the same in a bad way? I don’t want that!! Sitting at a 32 inch waist just shy of breaking 200 lbs. I’ve heard skin adds intramuscular fat so I’m kindve shying away from it.Good reference point

10 units post workout then carbs
then done til the next day

Need to run 191aa with it..Keeps the fat off while using slin... I wouldn't run slin without 191aa.
