Insulin for dummies

I’ve been trying to research a protocol for insulin. I’ve heard 10 grams of carbs per unit of Humulin 70/30. Thanks in advance!

many will say you don’t need quite that much

I did 10 units before a big carb breakfast

10 units post workout then carbs

then done til the next day

I blew up like out of control blow up

Waist line hasn’t been the same in a bad way? I don’t want that!! Sitting at a 32 inch waist just shy of breaking 200 lbs. I’ve heard skin adds intramuscular fat so I’m kindve shying away from it.

Need to run 191aa with it..Keeps the fat off while using slin... I wouldn't run slin without 191aa. Also the they work Synergistically to increase IGF-1 levels.
Just have to eat right, clean, no cheats, nothing but clean food. And lots of it.... Some people complain that they cannot get calories that are 100% healthy and clean. I call bullshit.
Its very easy to eat clean, but it takes dedication to stick with it. Cause it can be bland.
But If you have any sign of distention, you have done too much, always start low ramp up as tolerated.
I actually love the 2 compounds together,
using far less AAS in the process, and essentially staying somewhat healthy.
I have bloods drawn quarterly and my markers are much lower and in range then they were 20 yrs ago.

@Mack @Bolan thanks for the info. I found a protocol from mark or mike Arnold. It’s really extensive. Also my diet is really in check I got a meal plan I’m sticking to so I shouldn’t have any issues from the diet. I’ll have to look into 191aa. I’m looking to use it on lagging muscle groups. Are their any places to refrain from injecting it into?

Id much rather do (and do) Milo's Scharchevs protocol, he dosn't have a distended gut ;)
