How do I post pics?

I have a couple of pics I would like to post but it won't let me. It says my pic size is too big. How do i bring the size down?

File size is directly related to resolution and picture size. reducing one or both of these will reduce the file size. Email them to me and I will reduce them and send them back to you. bigcaboi@cyber-rights.net
