HGH Timing

Hey All, I’m currently running 2 iu of GH early morning pre-workout, about 2 months in now. I'm looking to move up to 3 iu. Would this get divided as 1.5 in the morning & 1.5 before bed? Or could I do 2 iu in the morning and 1 before bed? Just looking to get the most out of this. Thanks.

Do you feel it gives you a boost or does it make you tired? .
Jumping on that train in a few months for the 1st time.

I’d split it up if it’s not a bother

no need to worry about food intake and timing

it’s exogenous GH not something you are trying to pulsate like with GHRPS

I just started GH today for the first time since 2020

gonna run 10 units a week the next 20 weeks getting ready for the oceanfront beach vacation

For the first two weeks I started nodding off in the middle of the day and couldn't keep my eyes open. I also had headaches, but it went away after about two weeks in.

We don't have a way to predict which option may suit you better. Try a 2 week trial at 1.5/1.5 iu split followed by 2 weeks at 2/1 iu spit to determine whats suits you best and run with that.

Personally I feel HGH is best taken immediately after you wake up in the morning!
Agreed, I like to keep it as far away from my natural gh pulses as possible to mitigate any negative feedback. However I do not know how long increased levels of IGF last. It could be a moot point all together.

On the day of my training I administer my HGH IM vs Subq on the days off from training Subg as you prefer splitting the dose 2 x daily it's optional. speaking from exp i keep my dosing regularly 1x

I have been running 2iu/day, taken fasted in the morning immediately after waking up and have been getting great results in terms of fat burning and recovery.
