Has anyone experimented with Aicar?

I was doing research online and was wondering if anyone here has ever tried Aicar?

From what I read it increases endurance and causes fat loss. Just wondering if any one has experience with it. Doses they used? Any side effects. If it helped at all. Let me know what you know about it.
