Gyno Surgery

Who's had it?

Mine was mild but has been bugging the fuck out of me for 15 years and i finally said fuck it and jumped on it. Doctor said he will leave 10% of the gland so it doesn't cave in and remove the fat around it.

I thought if they didnt take the whole gland it could come back. Ive never had the surgery though. You exhaust the options? Femara, ralo, nolva?

Nobody has ever reversed gyno that had already formed and settled in. All you can do with that is just shrink it temporarily. If it was that easy, so many men wouldn't go under the knife.

My advise make sure you find a doctor who know exactly what there doing and ask for pictures. I’ve been through the procedure twice. First time the doctor tried to do mostly lypo suction and most of the glandular tissue was still there. Second procedure went much better. So it is correct to say if any part of the gland is left the gyno can come back. It can be debated weather or not removing the entire gland will leave an indent in the chest. It depends on how good the surgeon is. My second procedure most of the glandular tissue was cut out and it was a slow painful healing process with drains. Still some of the gland was left and even today I have problems with gyno not using an AI. My best advice is to find someone who can remove as much of the gland as possible without the nipple caving in. I’ve heard some can remove the entire gland it just didn’t happen for me. It’s a hell of an investment find the right doctor!

Definitely great advice- im in Orange County, CA, where a lot of the most reputable surgeons are, period. The before and afters that i saw were some of the best i have ever seen, this group is called Air Sculpt, they have hubs all over large metropolitan areas in the U.S. They mainly do Kybella and cool sculpt where they freeze the fat off, but my surgeon has done his share of gyno removal so they will be doing a combination of physically removing 90% of the gland with an incision and liposuction, then removing the fat around it so it doesn't look weird. I'd prefer to have the entire gland removed, but not my call. I have never had an issue with my gyno getting larger if i use AI's, this is all 100% from my first cycle when i was a dumb ass and thought i could do pct with otc anti estrogens.

For better or worse, im getting it done in 3 days. Recovery is only supposed to be 1-3 days, which is a lot better than the ~4 weeks i thought were standard.

I don’t know what they are doing out there different my recovery was atleast 30 days my chest was super swollen and I had drains for I think a week or two before they were removed. What are you paying for yours?

I went under the knife 10 years ago.

My "Aromasin" turned out to be DBol elevating my Estrogen levels above 400.
I'm getting bloods next week. My AI better be legit this time around.

You've done the research so I think your experience will be pleasant.
Mine was removed but the job wasn't spectacular because I used a
General Surgeon. Someone specializing in the cosmetic side is the
way to go.

A source selling dbol as aromasin is grounds for an ass beating to hell.

It is pricier than i thought, but its no different from any other marketing tactic- they tell you the minimum $6k price, but during the consultation they mention all the other things they need to do to make it not look sloppy and it's hard to say no to $10k or tell them only to do the bare minimum.

The group is called Air Sculpt, they mainly do body contouring for women but they said this is a pretty common request from males they get. The doctor wasn't incredibly likeable, but i could tell this wasnt his first rodeo, and he is used to dealing with a pretty demanding client base because of the area.

I'm still a little salty about the situation. It's frightening how many forums allow low life scammers to feed off their members.

The cost is absurd but you'll be much happier with a job well done.
The cheapest option may land you right back into the operating room

Just under 10k. There was some fat removal he needed to do as well.

Ya, if i opted to do ONLY gland removal and not the fat/liposuction, the dr said i would have weird pockets of fat and indentations on my chest. Why bother getting anything done just to have something else that makes it look like shit?

Might as well do it right, in the grand scheme of things, an extra $3.5k is not gonna break me.

Good luck! Ask for a photo of the removed gland. That's what I wanna see lol
Trust me, you don't wanna see it lol. The doctor showed me, he had to cut the right now in 2 to removal and the pieces combined were about the size of a whole walnut.

I have photos, tried to upload them but keeps telling me the file is too large

Try taking a screenshot of the pic and upload the screenshot. Sometimes that works for me
