Glucose getting hammered

Been on 5iu of Genopharms for a cpl months now.

The longer I'm on the higher my glucose keeps creeping up. Baseline fasted of 86 I seem to be hitting high 90s regularly even wirh 500mg Metformin SR.

Any tips to get my glucose down where it needs to be?

Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, although both reportedly crush appetite.

Really trying to drop a few more lbs of bf before adding insulin. About 10-11% now. Was trying to get to 8 before hopping on it. I doubled my met dose from 500mg pre bed to 1000mg split am/pm to see if I could get it down any.

..after this you can add 500-100mg of Barberry


►how are you taking your GH?
..split? ..or all at once?

^^^if split; ..then try taking it all at once ..anecdotally this tends to "generally" cause a lower rise in fasted B/S

Preciate it fellas. 1g met at all at once pre bed had my GC at 80 today. That's lower than my pre GH baseline
