GH water retention

I’m a competitive athlete and use GH in rehab from an injury. It’s working great. My problem is the water retention which isn’t conducive to making weight on a regular basis. Is there anything I can do to get rid of or reduce the water retention? Thanks for any advice.

4ius is really high for a competitive athlete in season - are you splitting up your dose in the day ??

I would plan out an injury protocol - staying @ 4ius for 2 weeks then lower dose

your consistent baseline in season dose should be adjusted - the most advantageous dose for you at this point would be the one where you are mitigating less sides then consider how much its helping you at that point , thats the proper dose - esp if it will affect your performance or even qualification for any event

Most logical solution would be to lower the dose in half then slowly try increase, adding a iu every few months. Dandelion leaf ( not root ) is a decent OTC supplement that does help with water retention for some people. Up your cardio & start using a dry sauna daily. I’ve found that consistent, daily sauna use seems to keep 2-3 lbs of water off me, once i stop it comes back ( just make sure you stay hydrated ) Last suggestion would be to look into a different brand of hgh, i’ve ran some potent growth in the past that made me retain a ton of water and i had to stop completely, i personally cannot use that particular brand.

Daily dose is 4iu’s and is causing roughly 4lbs of water which in my sport is a big deal.
I suggest cutting daily GH in half and if you feel an increase may be required then bump up in baby steps, not big steps.

This is just me, but I have been using 2.5 iu /day quality GH since March 23 and it gives me everything I need and more.....without any side effects, I might add.

I recommend using the sauna / steam room regularly to help with the water retention associated with HGH use, good luck bro.
