GH dosage

It'll be different for everyone. I'd say 2-3iu would be great. I don't think you'll notice a big difference from 2 to 3.

I know this thread is old, but is there a difference worth the sides from 2iu to 4iu? Was considering working up to that.

Probably not but it’s very individually dependent. Start off at 2ius daily for a Month and see how you feel until increasing. I look at HGH as a very long term supplement, run as much as you can for as long as you can.
Appreciate it. I rekon it'll take some experimenting

Took me a few years and several different generics, several different dosing protocols, before i found a protocol and generic i felt were worth the investment. HGH is tricky, it’s much different then AAS, the changes and effects are subtle but noticeable after awhile. The more the better, the big shredded dudes are running massive amounts ( 30-50 ius a day) but nobody admits it. To be honest, i really didn’t appreciate the effects of HGH until i stopped, then realized how much better and leaner i was when on. Good luck, PM me if you have any other questions.

Agree.
Start to high and you can get the carpal tunnel shit.
Got that once and it hurt like a mofo. Woke me up in the middle of the nigh.
So start low...

I bought three kits and have been sitting on them for a bit because I’ve been doing some traveling and didn’t want to start taking it. I too was thinking of 2-3 iu a day and see how I felt. Maybe 3 on workout days and 2 on off days. I’m trying to lose a bit of weight and maybe do some tendon/disc repair with it, but am not sure how that works. Any info would be appreciated, as I didn’t want to start a new thread. Sorry to highjack this one.

1st time using GH, is 2 IU/day enough or does it need to be 3IU? I'm running with 250mg test.
Generally to see a physical difference may need to go to .5
Labs will improve a bit if only 2/3 but again to really notice physical difference may have to increase

i had been off both gear, lifting, eating right and gh for 4 months, and there is skeletal muscle in my shoulders and calves that has remained that i never had before.

i never made it past 6-7iu a day and only for short periods, it made me so tired it was ruining workouts and my whole routine. When your strength suffers at the gym bc you are so tired and you are skipping workouts because getting out of bed is unbearable, you are doing more harm than good.

I hurt my back in early July & was completely out for 3.5 months, dropped hgh & aas cold turkey. My first day back in the gym i was shocked at how much strength & the pump i had, it felt like i was still on. Had to be from HGH because i’ve never experienced that before after a long time off. Change your brand, i got extreme fatigue from black top meditropes, could not even function & consistently sore/bloated on minimal ius. This last time i ran racetropins with T4, B12 injections & felt amazing, 2 months in i was the leanest / ripped i’ve been in years with just a so so diet. Body felt great, no aches or pains. Heavy carb days made my veins explode with no workouts.

Also, try running it EOD, i responded much better to this then ED. Split shots ( if 4 ius or more ) AM/PM ( with t4 up to 400 mcgs every morning empty stomach ) I bet your lethargy disappears. I was close to writing off HGH because 3 ius a day of meditropin made feel awful & exhausted, keep playing with it because it’s a game changer

Try 5 ius 3x per week split 2.5 ius AM/PM on workout days with daily T4 ( 100 - 400 mcgs ) .

i was running genitropin and if i tried to push anything past 4iu a day i was worthless. Moreso, my hands would hurt so bad in the middle of the night i would wake up and couldn't sleep.

Just got back in the gym 2 days ago, cardio only- will be lifting today. Let's see how it goes.

Ever try one large, bolus shot once per week? I believe that was Dorian Yates growth protocol & a few vets at PM swear by it as well. Might be worth a shot if you’re that prone to sides.
