just dont pull out the rice/broc - if anything maybe (dont know your stats) maybe measure the rice so you get a certain amount each meal
but pulling those out without a show date or particular event you are trying to prep for - will just make you flat
I myself did a cut this year (3-4month long) with no cardio and I are pineapple with 3 meals - most of my meals where 40-60% CARBS and were based around rice , always had broccoli as well
if you are eating carbs for workout energy or to fill out - keep the fruit but also keep the rice in there - its a good combo - if thats your baseline diet then all you would have to do is pull out the fruit for a few weeks and you'll start to dice up
I never pull my rice out ultnil I am near a show or have to do some photoshoot
