If you do cardio right after lifting I would drink it after I was totally done.
But it would also depend on other things like goal, etc. but for a cutter I would drink it after everything.

I used to know a few really big fucks who would eat white bread during workouts.
A loaf of sliced bread in their bag and they would grab a slice or two between sets and such.

Completely post everything

even running a gainer I was doing weights, cardio, then post training meal/shake

if you are running a cutter then definitely you are minimizing food in the first place

so train and train and cardio and cardio before inputting calories
