I never did rear delt rows before - where you get on an incline bench face down and to rows trying to keep the workload on the rear delts

I usually do 2 sets of those then drop down lighter for a set or rear delts “flys”

end of my back workout is when I hit that sequence

I’m afraid I don’t know what DB swings are

my just have a YouTube video to demo it?
