dorian yates' training style

hey fellas i wanted to know if any one had dorian yates' "HIT" training style i just need to know how many exercises how many sets how many reps etc.

Do you already have alot of mass and good development?Are you already at a competition level?If so keep bumping this and see if you like Dorians routine,and if it will work for you.

But if your a beginner at lifting,and need mass and strength,then what works for Dorian will not work for you.If your an ectomorph you need to add size by using compound muscle movements such as clean and presses,deadlifts,squats,upright rows etc. Most of the advanced isolated muscle exercises are not going to do you any good,because you have no muscle there.You have to have mass first,by starting with the basics in good ol' olympic strength training.

If your not just beginning than ignore my reply.But if you are and need a basic lifting regimen for core lifts and auxillary lifts to put on mass,PM me and I'll give you one.
