So the way I was shown how to make bulging I is super thin lives of beef then they grate an Asian pear and use the juice and the pulp in the marinade. According to the chef, the pear acts as a meat tenderizer along with the other ingredients. Bulgogi is delicious on damn near anything, some eggs and bulgogi over rice for breakfast is fantastic!
