Best chicken and beef marinade that I've come across

I follow this dude, and he has a lot of good stuff. This one in particular is amazing! It uses greek yogurt as a base so it adds a littler more protein and keeps the fats in control. It good on chicken, but AMAZING on beef. Flap meat is the best I've tried so far.

The Greek sauce is also great to add to rice for some extra protein and flavor.

TIP 1: Marinade at LEAST overnight, 24 hours to get the best flavor.
TIP 2: For the Greek sauce, don't shred the cucumber like in the video. Just give it a fine chop and salt them. The shredding gives the sauce a horrible texture.
