Basic minimum PCT?

Hey guys, i did a mild cycle of test alone for 10 weeks, 1ml/week. Im not doin hcg but have access to clomid nolva and any other pharma anti estrogen. Whats the bare min i can get away with? Ive had a rough going with clomid once in the past.

40mg Nolvadex x 2 weeks, 20mg x4 weeks. 50mg clomid for 4 weeks.
Take clomid at night. It helped me from being all soppy :)

The problem is that you ran a 10 week cycle instead of a 20 week cycle

how much change can you expect from a 10 week cycle and then the concern is with a run that short the gains do not even have a chance to stabilize and now after only 10 weeks you are struggling to maintain

unless you just wanted to look good for your beach vacation and now your ready to return to your old normal self

So in all honesty i was not having a good cycle and had to abort early. The least of my concerns is maintaining the gains i made, if i dont care about that, can i skip pct altogether? I was always under the assumption that if i dont do nolva/clomid my estrogen would get too high and not b good for my health. Im just trying to do whats safest for my body at this point. Any help greatly appreciated as today is exactly 2 weeks after my last shot. Thanks in advance.

You can come off without pct and still have kids. It'll just take a little longer. I came off cold turkey in my 30s after 10 straight years of running. Yeah I felt a little off but it wasn't all that bad. And now I'm almost 50 and have two more kids. And I was up around a gram a week of test. You have to keep in mind some of these guys answer like they're robots based off what they've read. Some haven't experienced it completely. They're following a stereotypical protocol. Everyone reacts differently to compounds but they all have the same standard advice for pct. Don't you find that odd?

I usually keep it pretty simple. Nolvadex 40mg ed 3 weeks followed by 20mg ed Nolvadex 2 weeks

Has worked for the 10+ years I've been cycling. Roughly 1 to 2 10-12 week cycles per year

It's odd that you come here to call people robots but actually gave no advice at all. Only told a story that you ran 10 years and didn't do any pct.

Seems like you give no advice, just an insult.

Experiment. Do your own research and find what works for you. That was the moral to the story

Most of us experience the same from both PCT and components.
We use a common starting point to find out how we respond.
You had an experience thats not what almost everybody experience, that does not make you right nor does it make you any smarter.

Based on your response, should we all just start somewhere randomly?
How about a beginner just pulls a number out of his ass, lets say first test cycle at 8050mg of test.
You know, we all respond differently so just experiment right?

Says you. Who are you again? Oh a "super moderator". I forgot the mods know it all. And being a "super moderator" you must really know it all.
