aching body and pulled muscles

I have been lifting for 16 years and have been on roids off and on for 2 years! I am currently on a test decca cycle! Any way I have been training extremelly heavy and hard and I have today strained my upper abdominal muscle near the ribcage! My sholder is aching, my wrist is aching and all the rest of my joints are having an occasional ache! I would like some advice on what I should do to currently change my training schedule! Should I take time off? Go lighter and more reps or what? I currently train in the 3-6 rep range!

You might want to take a week or two off, you want lose any gains with the test and decca in your system. You should also lighten up the loads and use higher reps.
