Acceptable BG for running GH

As embarrassed as i am to admit this, it took me all of 40 years to realize i should be monitoring my bg, as we all know insulin resistance can fuck whatever fat loss or muscle building efforts you put in.

When i first measured, i was at 106 2 weeks ago. After getting on berberine and ALA with meals and upping my cardio, i have dropped down to 96. Still not good, but improving.

For those of you with experience, where should you be at before running gh? Is 80 good?

70-80 taken 1st thing in the AM fasted isnt bad at all.
Anything above 4ius ( For me) requires Insulin. I did the Metformin/Berberine thing for a while but once I got above 10ius of
HG HGH (Saizen) ... I need Slin to control my BG.

But slin is a BIG no-no to run when you are not lean, correct? I have heard the safest way to run it to not get fat is to take only trace fats, ~10g of fish/krill oil for the whole day, even if it's fast acting slin.

I use slin for 5 meals out of my 8 meals a day, those 3 other meals has healthy fats... Alvacado, Mac nut oil.. Evoo ETC... but I dont use slin around those meals, just carb heavy meals
With slin....this is 100% truth... You are what you eat... Slin will shuttle ANYTHING you eat. So if you eat fat.... wheres it going.... into fat cells.
I personally wouldnt run slin if your 14% BF or higher. ALSO, I would not run slin without HGH. They are very synergistic.

The dude i was talking about said not to consume more than 10g fat in a DAY on slin days, not just the meal. I know not to eat fat with the meal immediately.

The dude im talking about was basically saying not to eat more than 10g fat in a 24 hour period after shooting even fast acting slin- not just no fat right after slin. Is this true?
