3 Day Split this week

Since Labor Day gave us a holiday this week that leaves me with Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday as training days.

I split it up like this:
Monday - Chest / Back - 2 push exercises 2 pull exercises
Wednesday- legs
Thursday - shoulders primary - upright rows presses and laterals - with some secondary chest work (dips, flyes) and some wide grip pull downs for a little extra back work
