2 of the most interesting routines I’ve ever done

Both are fat burning cutters:

1) train each body part every single day 5 to 6 days a week. Typically 1 exercise per body part changing exercises daily. A few sets per exercise. Medium weights higher reps. Lots of cardio this “shocker” routine is good for 4 to 6 weeks.

2) 3 day split. 6 on 1 off. AM workout traditional the same body parts on a PM workout that is lighter weights higher reps pump and burn style. Essentially body parts get trained 2x per day so it’s a double workout.
Since it’s a 3 day split fine back to back you do 4 chest workouts, 4 back workouts, etc. weekly. Again it’s a high volume fat burner.

Have you tried these yet? How did they workout for you? Notice any changes in your physique compared to normal routine? Which compounds would you stack with this routine?

Yeah bro, did you not read the title of my post? It’s called the most interesting routines that I have ever done. So yes, I have done them :)

I got ripped and shredded… Which is the intent and the goal of the routine. I used a typical lower carb high protein, medium fat diet and I used all the typical cutting agents One would turn to as if they were getting ready for a show. That of course, included clenbuterol T3, yohimbe a Masteron Tren, test prop and growth hormone.
I placed in the top five at NPC nationals when I was doing the double split double body part workouts routine, which is option number two
