he got nothing to lose expect getting really sore.
I bet his is really bored staying home for so long.

So why are you so damn upset with Mack trying this?
Not upset at all.... and I would hardly call it an overreaction.

Triceps and biceps do not need to be trained for 8 hours lol. It’s not rocket science. But like I said, have it. It’s your body.

It was also part experiment / fun / something to do

I took the day off work to do it

8 hours fun arm pumping VS 8 hours in front of a computer doing ZOOM meetings ..... I’ll take the “overtraining insanity” option any time

Over training is bullshit when it comes to muscles.

Tendons and CNS is another story.

Over training? More like undereating or undersleeping.

4 days later I’m still 1/2” up and arms are tight and veiny

Yup, you shocked em, something some people who would rather not be huge like us... Im still 280 @ 48 yrs old......
Muscles take "shock" and grow.. Dont do it too often!!
For guys with lagging legs... Look up "super squats" Same idea.
Laymans terms for SS is take your 10 rep... all out max....YOU are done at 10!
Now keep going till you get 20. Yep it will probably take you 45 to an hour to complete.... and this is the magic of shocking muscles into new growth.
