Default Whats the current GH protocol these days?

Seems to change with the season. Blast cruise, 3 bigger doses throughout the week or good ole 2ui a day every day? Looking for fat loss and anti aging, a little recoop from surgery. Also AM or Pm or post work out. I know ill get 100 different answers so please explain your ideas if you would.

3iu eod is a pretty common dosing these days for anti aging and general fat loss these days.

I'm personally an ed dosing advocate. As much as I can afford ed 😉

I like to run 3.3 to 5iu per day for anti aging, waist line and the fullness/volume I get in my muscles.

2-3iu is norm ED, For myself I tend to find Sweet dose at 5Iu ED

When I ran 2 and 3 ED, I noticed a big difference at 3iu. Then again, I am a 181 powerlifter at 5' 11" so 3IU is pretty high. 4iu for me was insanely strong, I was getting strong as fuck, leaner and all this crazy shit while eating whatever.

For anti-aging, I use 2.5iu every night before bed, and it works for me so far. Not remotely trying for anything like hyperplasia.

4iu eod right before bed here. It has been the only protocol I have ever followed that actually delivered noticeable results. 2iu 5 on 2 off...nothin'.

Personally, I would only go back to a 5 on 2 off schedule if I could afford to go through 4iu's a day. I just feel like you have to work your way up to 4iu's for the magic to start happening'.

I think the most important thing after doing this for a while now in HGH is.

1. Time you are on HGH
2. Overall dosage

With factor 1 being the most important. I think what time you take it, when you split it, if you take it all at once in the morning or evening matters much less. It's kind of like training. Consistency and hard work make the biggest differences.

Now if youíre running a larger amount and timing it with your slin and workouts then thatís a different story but for an overall, therapeutic type dose of say 5 iu and under, the important thing is just doing it consistently.

I just jumped from 2 to 3 based off what another member on here said, big difference, I am sticking to 3. When I first started, I couldn't handle more than 2.25, that was like 4 months ago I think. Now 3 is for me!
