Hey, was worth a try, seeing I've never tried it before.
I use keto for a few days/week to re-set insulin sensitivity. I feel too shitty even after being fat adapted, and to me it's counterproductive to be on any diet if your workouts are suffering because of it.

I think the biggest thing is that we become insulin resistant through shitty diet or aas and if you can reset that alone, It's a huge win.

Keto pills are best if you are very healthy and heavy.
