![]() I’ve been told you should cut out sodium on a carb cycle. Others say it doesn’t matter. Does it? I know it keeps water but it also keeps the muscles full. Does it prevent any fat loss if you don’t cut out sodium?

![]() If your cutting your probably eating clean and sodium intake is not really an issue. Processed foods are loaded and you would avoid that on a cutter anyway.
Just be reasonable with sodium intake for the first 12 weeks then if your really looking to cut sodium intake really doesn't come in till the final 3 days when your stripping water for a show or photos. Never let sodium get below 1200-1500 mg even in the final days or you can appear flat looking............11
