Default Sodium on a cut?

Iíve been told you should cut out sodium on a carb cycle. Others say it doesnít matter. Does it? I know it keeps water but it also keeps the muscles full. Does it prevent any fat loss if you donít cut out sodium?

If your cutting your probably eating clean and sodium intake is not really an issue. Processed foods are loaded and you would avoid that on a cutter anyway.
Just be reasonable with sodium intake for the first 12 weeks then if your really looking to cut sodium intake really doesn't come in till the final 3 days when your stripping water for a show or photos. Never let sodium get below 1200-1500 mg even in the final days or you can appear flat looking............11
