And this isn’t taking it serious. If I got serious you’d see a monster

Got you by two years. The highest i go on test now is 375mg and ill add in tbol or var. not trying to gain weight anymore. That ek gh must be the ticket to that fat loss.

I threw in winstrol. And I started to feel sick with two orals. Iím too old for that.
Right where Iím at is the sweet spot. Also one proviron tab a day
Low dose and I look good. High and I feel sick

This gh is helping. I wish I had more

I’m 48

Current:
375mg Test
250mgEQ
250 mg Deca
40 mg Dbol
50 mg Anadrol
40 mcg Clen
5 units GH daily

I’m 10 weeks out on a cutter hope to be shredded

Start t3 in 2 weeks for 8 weeks

8 week out I add the t3 then ditch anadrol and dbol

Adding 50mg both winny and Var daily

Switch out Deca for NPP

Up the EQ to 500 mg

Drop the test a little

I canít do clen anymore.
The last time was too rough. Heart pounding all night. I couldnít even eat dinner because I couldnít hold the fork straight. All night as I laid in bed I kept getting worried about a heart attack.
Thankfully i shed fat fast on test and dbol

Nah man fuck that. I was my all time best shape and pound for pound strongest at 43 and on minimal gear.

I hit chest heavy every time.

My training style is different. I donít have a number of sets or reps.

I do the exercise an average of 6 sets. I really base it on the effectiveness.
If Iím trying the lift and I barely get any reps, I quit.
So I basically come out the gate heavy. And I rep it will I canít anymore. Once I feel too weak for an effective lift, I move to the next exercise.

For example, chest. Iíll bench press 315 10 times. Then 8. Then 8. Then 6 then 4. Thatís my cue for the next exercise

Today was:
Incline bb bench 7 sets
Flat press 6 sets
Decline 6 sets
Cable fly 4 sets
Incline press smith machine 4 sets

Yep, once a week.
I only train Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
3 days a week.

Split is simple and prehistoric.

Chest and tris
Back and bis
Legs and shoulders
