![]() Good work..yes ive been neglecting hypertrophy but u need it along with the lower rep shit IMO my legs have gotten way to small and I am betting If I blow em up again Ill be squatting and deadlifting an extra 50lbs...I get lazy and pile weight on for heavy 3s vs doing 10s or even 8s and miss out,,,Going at it now tho

![]() Ya thanks man. It's the first time I can honestly say that I've had abs in my whole life. Like...true abs. Genetically it takes hard dieting for me to get there, but I've been hammering them with much higher volume than I normally used to. A lot of rotation exercises as well as Weighted movements. They're thickening up now, but my diet has been pretty on point. Granted not perfect. I've cheated too much. I shous be sub 10 by now with how my diet is laid out. I would say I'm at an 85/15 percent clean diet. I'm just focusing on that protein up, and limit my carbs to 220 or so. 230 on a big day. But some days I'm down to 150 or so.
By tracking my foods for over a month straight now, I'v learned to eat massive amounts of fiber in a day. Im talking 50-60g on the regular. But either way your pretty big JOB01. Probably 60 pounds on me easy. Big dude. |
