Buffalo wings might be one of my favorite things in the world!!

Do you have any vegs, or starches in the pot? Potatoes, rice?

Nope. I take them out and all the meat falls off the bone.

Thanks guys.
I want to have my crockpot going 24/7...not really
For me I just like having food "on demand", especially when I can control whats in it. Not like I care about ingredients, but I know I can focus on proteins, or whatever.

I ended up getting a bunch of stew beef, mini potatoes, trinity (onions, peppers, celery), and a beef stew packet meant for a pot roast

I cooked it for 18 hours and it was pretty good. It gets better as the time goes on.

Im definitely trying the 2 recipes you guys put on here. When it gets cold,I like to have the smell and food of a crockpot going.

Thanks!

There’s some tasty meals in the thread. Crockpots make the worst cook look like a chef. I can attest to that.

Adjutant, I agree with today’s fast pace who has time to cook daily meals, I don’t. Plus as you mentioned I want it “on demand”.

Cut pork shoulder into chunks. Remove excess fat. Salt and pepper them.
Brown in whatever oil you like to use.
Remove from pan and put into crock pot
Sautee some onions until they start to get soft. Add a few cloves of garlic. Add 2 TBSP flour and coat onions/garlic with it.
Remove from pan and put into crock pot
Pour two Guinness over the top
One carton of chicken stock
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
Some cabbage or Brussels Sprouts
Carrots
Potatoes

Low and slow for 8-10hrs
