So i havent done a refeed yet, I am in the middle of my 6th week, i weighed in yesterday at 236.4 from 263 when i started. Down to losing about 1-2 lbs a week right now which i guess is normal, my training has been kind of half assed, i generally get my 30-45 minutes of the stepper in about 3-4 times a week, and ill generally hit some body parts weight training, i do notice that i can get much better work outs in now then the first few weeks of the diet, i guess i am getting more "Fat Adapted" my birthday is end of august that was when i planned on my first carb up.. but im not sure if its worth doing earlier on, if it will benefit fat loss or not, i also wanted to wait about 10 more pounds before starting my test tren winny stack. Ill keep you guys posted. I dont want to really take gear till im in my 5 day a week + training and a bit more focused, although being on gear generally gets me focused like that anyway. weird how the mind works sometimes.
