watch out that you have always enough fats in diet. people tend to make that mistake (it is not a protein diet) and sorry but on ketogenic diet cheat meal every week...that even newbe wont do...crazy to even lolaborate on it....
you need to stay on ketogenic state longer...and meal isnt 3hours long with fuckload of food. from what you write do not even touch T3 or it will cut off all the muscles you have and you will have skiny fat form sorry
