Everyone congratulations on your hard work and improvement.
Heres the way i see it: Top 3
1. JA- great conditioning for offseason and quads had a better sweep, delts were fuller and rounded, and mid-back had new muscle popping out. Vastly improved.
2. Rocko- upper body got alot thicker and fuller, huge improvement
3. Myosarus- thick full and big, Back got wider. Honestly the best combination of muscle mass and conditioning, and i would put first, but since this is about improvement, the bigger changes came with the other guys.
Little improvements, doing your best, over time...that's all any of us can do.
And sorry baby, but you are really NOT going to like me next week when we start some cardio. Wanna do the spring triathlon with me?
