So I put bodybuilding on the back burner the last few years....working swing shift is an ass kicker for sure. I got a day job two weeks ago, and I’m gonna blow this picture of myself away. Although embarrassing, this is my current shape.
For the story you just laid out I would say this is far from embarrassing.

You'll have it back in no time. I've had many restarts in my life. Not that far out now.............11

Between injuries and manual labor ive had plenty of restarts youll get it back. If youre not getting paid body building and power lifting is a rough hobby.
Man I hear that. I work at a steel mill, and I’m not getting any younger (36). I think back even just 5 years ago and how much of a difference it’s made. I take minimal doses of anything at all. I’m on 160mg of test year round. I’m going to throw some tbol in there and some gh and up my test to about 350. It’ll be good
Same boat as you 36. Seems mid 30’s everything gets harder. I do 250mg test year round. Then add in tbol or var. trying to get payment issues with euroking sorted so i can run some mast the rest of the summer. Gave up pretty much all other aas.
