Alright, we all know that changing your metabolic rate with the use of exercise is the only way to change body mass in a sustainable way.
But I have been away from a lot in the weight train world and know some supplements might have proven their worth.
I was asked by a close female friend in her early 50's what she could use to promote her weight loss. She latched on to the HCG diet and from my understanding, did make some weight loss but is plateaud.
Of course my suggestion was a couple iu of GH, caloric deficit, and high protein diet because the protein makes you feel satied.
I've known her many years and met her when she was a trainer at a gym. No AAS, are a requirement. Thanks my friends.
