Water Weight

What makes you think you have “water weight”

generally speaking a high carb diet will make you bloated and full

if your fat then let’s not call it water weight let’s call it what it is: you’re fat !

drink 8 Miller lite’s at night with a no carb dinner that will flush you out nice for when you wake up

What are you running thats causing the water weight first off? That info can help to give any recommendations to add to your stack or changes to help. Did you go from 200 to 220 in a matter of few weeks on Dbol test cycle or something like that or are you just thinking your carrying water weight all the time but its just fat or you trying to cut weight for a show or possibly to make weight for a fight? Tells us alittle more info...

I'm about to do a cycle with some higher doses of test than I've ever done along with dbol and a few other compounds. I just want to be ready in case bloating/water weight does appear.

You’re one of those types that worries too much in advance

save yourself from wasting energy worrying about things that may or may not happen

stop sweating the small stuff and start focusing on making the GAINS

get yourself some adex or exemestane if the test is going to be over 700mg a week and forget about it

First thing is increase injection frequency, next is to not eat process food, eat whole foods, real meat, cheese, milk etc, butter

Make sure you got enough potassium in your diet, an equal amount of potassium to the amount of salt you eat..I always eat sea salt and then I try to get at least 2gm of potassium in a day, 3g optimally. I do take potassium pills and they help me greatly with HR and BP. I take 5 potassium pills 2x a day

Also I learned first hand, always do your cardio. It's not cool to only lift and think that's treating yourself right. Your heart needs that movement or else your HR and BP will also go up

thanks. I take 500mg potassium in the morning, so I will double that. I also do plenty of cardio (made easier with cardarine) so I should be fine.
