Any of you do vacuums regularly and have seen results with it shrinking/tightening your waist? Some guys swear by them, while alot of people claim their worthless. I want to add them in to my daily routine but im not sure exactly how they are supposed to be done? Any pointers on how to correctly do them?

I do them all the time . They work great for me. I used to have a reminder on my phone to do them throughout the day. Now I just try to remember to do them while I'm cooking or before I eat. I don't have a special technique I just suck in my stomach as hard for as possible for 30 - 60 sec . After about a month you will notice a huge difference no BS

Thats awesome their working for you. From what i understand, you want to let the air out then suck stomach up towards/into rib cage and hold for 20 seconds for beginners? Do 3 sets of these per day? Does that sound right? Im going to start doing them in the Sauna post workout, hard body part for me to get tight.

Yeah that's how ya do them. Consistency is the key you just can't do a few here and there. I believe this was Arnold's favorite stomach exercise. I mean there's no miracles but it definitely helps and it's noticeable .At least for me it has been
