Hello

Man it is good to find this forum and I look forward to learning more.

Some bio on me. I am 31 and I have been naturally lifting for a long time, serious lifting for almost 8 years. I feel I have reached my natural limit. I am 6’1 230 around 15% body fat.

Honestly I do not have any drastic goals, I just want to get leaner while maintaining my muscles and adding couple more pounds of muscle.

So what is a good strategy and what should I consider taking to reach my goals?

Is there a steroid cycle where you are on very little but continuous? Or you have to do cycles on and off?

Read the stickies here in beginner section, there is some good info there. Different people do different things and it really depends if your willing to make the commitment to blasting/cruising(staying on for forever) or cycling. I am 36 and have not chosen to stay on yet so I still cycle once a year or so. I love it and so far have had no real health concerns.

For dosing if your 230 and lean, that means your diet is probably pretty well on point. Start small and see how you react. Most people say to start with 500mg of test and maybe add an oral in it if you want. Me personally, I normally run 300mg of test and 600mg of equipoise. Zero side effects and I've always gotten the results I wanted.

There are lots of smart dudes here that have over done gear in the past and will tell you its not the way and there's some here that still over do it and love every minute of it :)

You are in a great spot my friend. Literally and figuratively.... (and from the best state in the country, 2020 doesn't count:D )
#1 suggestion, always.... Be 100% certain before you make any moves. This may involve deep studying, asking VETS (don't go by number of posts, concrete knowledge on a subject can't be disputed) and SOMETIMES, self-experimenting. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.
Log everything as well. Take the guessing out of the game and the mind fucks that are sure to come.
As far as cycling or never coming off, its a choice between blast and cruise (one of your first things to study up on) or big cycles with a proper PCT.

How long is your cycle? And how do you feel when you are off?

Appreciate your reply and advice. I don’t think I am the type that would over do it, I have never been a guy with a huge ego in the gym, or try to compare myself to world class bodybuilders or attempt to look like them. I am satisfied with what I have and achieved. Everyone has different goals and I respect whatever each decide to do.

I rather be on a little dosage that is more consistent than go through highs and lows.

Appreciate it, i definitely have more research to do. I did my blood work today, once I have my result I will decide from there.

I also being doing research on SARMS specifically Ostarine, from what I have gathered it is not very effective compared to the risk.

I have a ton of posts to read from the vets around here.
