Psa levels high

So I was off my trt for about 8 months due to Fertility reasons but have been back on for approx. 2 1/2 months. 130mgs cyp every 4 days.
Psa last reading was like a 2.1 and apparently went up to 4. Doc thinks this is probably just inflation of prostate or infection and gave me antibiotics.
He said that this is a large jump in one year and needs to be monitored as trt is like throwing gas on the fire when it comes to prostate issues (his words).
Anything naturally you suggest to assist with this level. Hope to God it's not prostate cancer and he doesn't believe so but that's always the worst case scenario.

Conclusions: Ejaculation causes a significant increase in the serum PSA concentration in men between 49 and 79 years of age that may persist for up to 48 hours. This change appears to correlate with age and baseline PSA. It is recommended that men abstain from ejaculation for 48 hours prior to having a serum PSA determination.

It would be wise to retest following the abstinence protocol for peace of mind. Tons of labs for a private PSA test if you were so inclined to.

He put me on antibiotics and I'm retesting in 2 weeks.
Plus I was on somewhat of an hcg protocol to keep them working so I believe that could have come into effect.

I will definitely take the advice. Appreciate it.

You Doc is correct. Test does increase prostate size, and thus PSA. Since I have BPH, I'm watchful of this. Not everyone is effected like this though. I have a genetic predisposition. When I see the cycles that some guys run here I'm envious.

I've also seen the numbers pop after sex as mentioned above. For some reason plans for labs the next day make me horny - go figure. My wife has "white coat syndrome" her BP soars at the doc's office. I'll suffer the horny part.

What some doctors get wrong is believing exogenous test causes prostate cancer.
