Yes ....
I started training at 13 years old
Started gong to bodybuilding competitions at 15 years old
Won overall at about 6 local shows total (this seems like forever ago and it was)
I was training for NPC junior nationals when I decided to quit
I have a university degree in physiology and at that time I was 100% in to my personal training business as well
Anyways ...... I wrote a few books about diet nutrition and fitness but they never hit mainstream despite TV appearances, radio, book signing tour, etc
It was fun though
After living a fitness lifestyle and about 14 years removed from real training I made my comeback
I was about 150 pounds at the time
It took about 4 years but I got back up to 230 pounds and was my old chem’d Out self again
And here I am
