hi guys im new here,im 21 im 180 cm heigh and i only weigh 155 lbs.ive got 3 years training experience but i havent trained for a year,im just getting back into it.last year i was 196 lbs but it was bulk(fattish).im planning on doing my first cycle using deca for 10 to 12 weeks,and dianabol for the first 6 weeks,and nolvadex for my pct,is this ok for my first cycle?thanks

Welcome to OLM...

That, IMO, is an unwise choice for any cycle...deca only cycle means trouble with most.

At your weight, I think proper diet is the best advice I could give you at this time...AAS should only be used as a tool to push one beyond their natural threshold...If you once weighed 196 lbs, I'm certain you can get there again without the use of AAS and with proper nutrition...keep it clean and the gains you make naturally should be solid and then you should have the base/foundation needed for when you decide to make the jump to AAS...in the meantime, countinue training like it's your lifestyle and research this stuff until you can't stand it anymore and then research some more...I promise you will not regret it.

start power lifting (low reps heavy weight) eat lots of clean food, when you plateau then consider a cycle thats includes TEST......................11

o.k guys thanks for the advice,ill do alot more research and follow a better diet and make sure i get back to what i weighed before.then when i put together a cycle can you guys have a look at it to see if im going wrong?thanks.
