Still educating myself on gh before I try it, and I was wondering what ideal metformin protocol is. I have some on hand (1000mg) and I'm kinda scared of slin so I'm gonna use those instead. Do I just pop one of those things after eating carbs, or...?

Metformin is nothing like slin so dont worry about that.
My blood sugar goes up while using GH and some metformin seems to keep it closer to normal.

I think I would rather take 500 twice a day then 1000mg once but I dont think its that much difference.
Your stomach might take a while to adjust so be aware of that.

Literally just about any standard online pharmacy carries it for an extremely cheap price.

I have been using but not really monitored my blood sugar often.
The few times it seems like its not that much lower.

I just started some GH (dont really use it) this week at 2iu per day. I know in the past it has increased my blood sugar.
I might use some metformin instead but it fcks with my stomach. Also thought about trying a low dose of Ozympic.

I had stomach issues taking metformin. Not sure if any of you had this issue. I buy berberine from Amazon. I don't check sugar that often but always fine fasted am numbers. Doing 4 iu hgh now. It would go a little high after a while without the berberine. If I ever go big and up the hgh again, I would surely add insulin back in.

I dont think berberine does enough for me on 2iu of GH to keep my blood sugar down.
it was like 130 this morning but the strips are old so Im not 100% how accurate the reading is.

I probably do 500 twice a day with a meal.
im sure im insulin resistant so GH spikes my blood sugar.
Not really that big of a fan of GH since I dont feel I get much from it.

NO, never used that but we have several people here using it.
I think Mack uses it and his is pretty sharp with some of this so maybe ask him.

I think it's 1500 last time I looked at the bottle. Citrus bergamot helped him too.

For me, its been a range from 6-10iu gh daily, had my BG all over the place, put the metformin in place at 500mg BID and it brought me back in range- brain fog went away, lethargy drastically decreased. I got off the Met because i read some things that said it affects the gains. Then i tried Berberine at 500mg 3x per day and guess what- same results. Been doing that for almost 7 months. I was skeptical at first of an OTC product being as effective as a tried and true RX like Met, at least for me its 100% effective in my case.
