Metabolic juicing drinks

Hello, im just getting started and still hav baby fat im loosing, ha ha. Im feeling more energetic with weight training but still very sluggish in mornings. I see juicing on FB and pinterest for boosting energy. The Green machine thatt has kale, cucumber, celery.... abunch of stuff. So has anybody done this? What kind of results are yu getting. I need help with my pep :)
