I know on days im using Lantus lm taking it first thing when I wake up now 25-30iu that way there’s like 2-3 iu insulin being released each hour. I know my first meal is usually a protein shake and a bagel or a special K cereal. Then an hour n half to 2 hrs later it’s 3 while eggs/1 cup egg whites/2-3 pieces Turkey bacon and cream
Of wheat. After those meals I feel I have enough nutrients flowing through me to get trashy for my workout. I’ll take my 1st gh dose 2-2.5iu 90 mins preworkout then my preworkout shake 15mins before I go to gym. I pin my 8-10iu humalog on way to gym. So it starts working within 15 mins. Then I bring my intra shake to Gym and sip through whole session and that has 50-75g carbs from HBCD/karbolyn, 15-20g Eaas, 10g glutamine and 5 g creatine. Once I get home is a smooothe with 50g whey isolate/hand full frozen berries , 1 packet cream of wheat , I scoop PB and some ice Cubes. It deliecious and fill me up perfectly but gives zero bloat. I let that digest for a lil more than hour and then I eat a bowl of 6oz ground beef/white rice/ veggies and mustard . My last meal is usually steak and potatoes or chicken and potatoes. Then a bowl of cottage cheese with fruit thrown in for before bed snack.
the point of writing out my meal plan is because it shows you I’m utilizing my Lantus all day with keep protein high and carbs up (mainly around workout) and then when I do the humalog I know I’m primed for 4 hours and take in straight nutritious healthy food cuz that’s what I would eat regardless of the insulin or not. So I don’t need to alter or change anything or especially zero-need to over eat for the slin. I place it in my diet where it’s Gonna be utilized best. I want to make sure y’all notice I also keep gh constant everyday . I very my doses depending on goals and health and when I’m using insulin. So I currently taking 5iu somit between preworkout and bedtime. But I also use meditropes so technically I’m using much more than the stated 5iu, it more around 7-8 iu. I am completely amazed though cuzin just finished ancsrynnixe clean cut about 5-6’weeks ago. And just started this insulin/gh protocol and in a little

And staying lean AF and strength is going up very steadily. I will give you this warning though…‘the insulin definetly makes I wanna eat more often and more food but you just have to have self control and do everything nice and slow so your gains are more keepable and not jus water fluncations.
**** stop taking insulin and feeding the insulin. Quick way to get fat. Have ur diet on point and consistently that way and just implement the gh/insulin into your diet protocol . I hope this really helps some Of y’all from making the same
