Bolan what is your Lantus protocol? Very easy to get in my country without a script. I’ve only used the nova rapid but I plain on trying lantus this fall with my bulker. I Will be using it with hgh of course.

You can get it from online pharmacies with no issues usually not being a controlled substance. Domes is pretty hard to get and usually expensive if it is available.

20 ius seems like a modest dosage. Just from reading what most guys are doing these days. 50ius plus a day. But this is all individual dosage on goals ,experience ,age etc..

Ive been as heavy as 308# and am currently @ 8% BF @ 265#

Yes them big doses (50+ius) will pack on the size for sure. (and really distend the gut).. I mostly like Lantus for my slin sensitivity while running hefty doses of HGH.
I use Humalog at every meal to really shuttle in the nutrients. Lantus is super hard to get so using it this way is just as a backup for consistent sugar control. I wouldn't abuse it tho, the distention is unreal. Why the long acting slin does it worse than Log, I haven't a clue. But I train a few guys who tell me they are done with Lantus because of this reason alone.

Diet dependent. Gotta eat squeeky clean yr round, no cheats very low fat intake.
What pisses me off is all these quys busting ass in the gym and going out to eat a Buffalo wild wings and eat basically god dam chicken nuggets!! And bitch about why they are not growing or there getting fat. When you bulk, you bulk, get a little fat so what, you dont take your shirt off too much in the winter around here. So in a freaking nutshell...EVERYTHING IS DIET DEPENDENT!!! Phew, tren is a mfker.

I happy I seen this thread so I can add my own perk aka experience . So I stated away from Lantus for awhile becuz if the very mixed recvuews. Some people are quick to say it’s just made then fat other people say it’s one the best things they ever used . So I decided to really do some of my own research especially about dosing protocols and the science Behind the protocols and how often a week you should actually use it. I read a lot of stuff between Mike Arnold and Justin Harris. Some key points I took away we’re not to using it everyday but only 2-3x a week and for body parts your really trying to bring up. And starting low like 20iu first thing in the morning cuz depending on the brand it can vary from 16-24 hrs most of them. So I always do them on my back and legs day and then sometime a heavy chest but that’s all. Then what I do is use 6-10iu humalog or novin-R preworkout. Started low at 6iu and went up slowly.
I’ve use insulin so many times in the past but I just started this current protocol the last 2 weeks and the results have been fucking amazing and I’m staying mean too. Will post pic to prove.
Heres when I think 99% of people make the biggest mistake with slin protocols . They take the insulin whichever kind and feed the insulin hence y you see so may people always mentions eating “x amount of carbs” per iu. That’s not what it’s meant for it how to be used. Your suooose to have your diet and nutrition on point and consistent FIRST. And then the key is adding in the insulin into your diet where it fits. This is the easiest way to avoid fat gain and get as possible lean gains as you can.

I know on days im using Lantus lm taking it first thing when I wake up now 25-30iu that way there’s like 2-3 iu insulin being released each hour. I know my first meal is usually a protein shake and a bagel or a special K cereal. Then an hour n half to 2 hrs later it’s 3 while eggs/1 cup egg whites/2-3 pieces Turkey bacon and cream
Of wheat. After those meals I feel I have enough nutrients flowing through me to get trashy for my workout. I’ll take my 1st gh dose 2-2.5iu 90 mins preworkout then my preworkout shake 15mins before I go to gym. I pin my 8-10iu humalog on way to gym. So it starts working within 15 mins. Then I bring my intra shake to Gym and sip through whole session and that has 50-75g carbs from HBCD/karbolyn, 15-20g Eaas, 10g glutamine and 5 g creatine. Once I get home is a smooothe with 50g whey isolate/hand full frozen berries , 1 packet cream of wheat , I scoop PB and some ice Cubes. It deliecious and fill me up perfectly but gives zero bloat. I let that digest for a lil more than hour and then I eat a bowl of 6oz ground beef/white rice/ veggies and mustard . My last meal is usually steak and potatoes or chicken and potatoes. Then a bowl of cottage cheese with fruit thrown in for before bed snack.
the point of writing out my meal plan is because it shows you I’m utilizing my Lantus all day with keep protein high and carbs up (mainly around workout) and then when I do the humalog I know I’m primed for 4 hours and take in straight nutritious healthy food cuz that’s what I would eat regardless of the insulin or not. So I don’t need to alter or change anything or especially zero-need to over eat for the slin. I place it in my diet where it’s Gonna be utilized best. I want to make sure y’all notice I also keep gh constant everyday . I very my doses depending on goals and health and when I’m using insulin. So I currently taking 5iu somit between preworkout and bedtime. But I also use meditropes so technically I’m using much more than the stated 5iu, it more around 7-8 iu. I am completely amazed though cuzin just finished ancsrynnixe clean cut about 5-6’weeks ago. And just started this insulin/gh protocol and in a little
Over 2 weeks my weights fine from 221-229
And staying lean AF and strength is going up very steadily. I will give you this warning though…‘the insulin definetly makes I wanna eat more often and more food but you just have to have self control and do everything nice and slow so your gains are more keepable and not jus water fluncations.
**** stop taking insulin and feeding the insulin. Quick way to get fat. Have ur diet on point and consistently that way and just implement the gh/insulin into your diet protocol . I hope this really helps some Of y’all from making the same

Great stuff brother…. I put Justin Harris’ advice before any others, no exceptions. His most recent video on slin echoes your exact statement above. He breaks down where people make their mistakes in a very simple yet concise way.
