Kettlebells

So a few years back I incorporated a kettlebell routine 2 a week while I was cutting. It was a lot less boring than the treadmill or elliptical for my cardio. I've recently started using them again. I'm wondering if a kettlebell only workout on gear would be beneficial or give me the same type of targeted muscle workouts traditional lifing can give. I love lifting but sometimes I really feel like I need something different. Any opinions?

I think it would be a great addition to your weight training, but I wouldn't use it as a substitute for weight training. With that said, a lot will depend on your goals and the types of exercises you're doing with the kettlebells, but I don't think they would be an ideal replacement for targeted weight training.

Depends. A kettle bell workout could hit or miss a ton of muscle groups. This question is kind of like asking if dumbbells or barbells are better than the other.

I imagine targeting chest would be kinda tricky. You could lie down and do flys with a kettle in each hand, but it wouldn't be optimal.
