Not HGH, HCG, T3, Clem, or Cardio added yet... just diet plan, hard training and 100mg Test (Pharma Grade) every 4 to 5 days
6 months transformation.

Just test? Any anti e? Curious in the work out and diet plan.
Just Test Enanthate (Testen 300mg Spectrum Pharma) syringe insulin for the small dosage IM of less than half ml every 5 days...
about training Not cardio at all...
Push day,
hams, glutes, calves day,
rest day,
pull day,
quads and calves,
rest day...

Diet plan, is very simple...
5 meals a day
Day 1, 5 meals with protein and carbs
Day 2, 4 meals with protein and carbs and 1 without carbs
Day 3, 3 meals with protein and carbs and 2 without carbs
Day 4, 2 meals with protein and carbs and 3 without carbs,, and fats add it
Day 5, 1 meal with protein and carbs and 4 without carbs, and fats add it
Day 5, 5 meal with protein without carbs and fats add it

I eat green salads when there are no carbs
I have planned to add small dosage HGH and insulin once I have made my next blood work..
My goal is to add 10 lbs of lean mass...

I'm curious as to what you're doing on your push days and pull days.

What exercises and what set and rep schemes are you doing? And how often are you cycling your set and rep schemes in your training program?

Very solid looking btw. Legit transformation.

I do 2 day on 1 day off , quads day - push day, -rest day-, hams & glutes day, -pull day

PUSH Day...
Early in the morning after a good hydration I do chest training, very simple routine
After some warm up I do three giant sets,
Weighted dips for 12 to 15 reps followed by more unweighted dips.
Pec dec 15 to 20 reps
and bench press for 10 to 15 reps.
I've included some traps work and rear shoulder work with 20 reps of shrugs and 15 to 20 reps of rear pulleys.
That give me a real good pump.
In the afternoon I will do Shoulders and triceps
Shoulder and triceps
three giant sets for shoulder
lateral raises with pulley, dumbbells press seated and upright row... I do two drop sets for each exercise in every giant set.
12 to 20 reps...for each one...
Triceps,
french press followed by close grip bench press, follwed by high pulley triceps extension followed by High pulley overhead tricep extension followed by triceps dip

PULL DAY
back and biceps, generally I train biceps in the afternoon but I did it today in the morning after back
I make a basic move first Bent over row with a barbell (old school) 3 sets 8 to 12 reps at failure..
after that I take 4 exercises and make 3 giant sets, everything at failure and that is all for back in that giant set always deadlift is included...
For Biceps I make 3 gigant set of 4 to 5 excersises
Always I mahe curl 21 and curl revese grip..
Three sets 12 to 15 reps for each...
