Introduction and Appreciation

I’m new to forums, but have been lurking for a little while on a few different ones. I found myself searching this one more and more for answers to my questions and realized I rarely check the others out anymore. I thought I should make a brief introduction and thank you all for the help that you‘ve already been. I hope to pass it along and be of help to someone in the future.
I’m 46 years old, lifted a good portion of my life, but mostly a couple years on…then a year or two off. My doctor put me on 200mg‘s of test every 5 days, starting a year ago. That got me motivated and recently started a cycle of 500 Mg’s a week. 1st cycle I’ve done since the days of the vacuum sealed Russian Sustanon stacked with the ampules of Sten…25…or more years ago.
Another medication I take is Ozempic. It has been incredibly helpful at controlling my eating…total game changer that caused me to have the relationship with food I’ve always wanted. For those who aren’t familiar, it’s a weekly subcutaneous shot in the abdomen area. The way my doctor explained it to me is it’s the hormone your body releases when you are full from eating. It has totally eliminated my cravings. Dr. Prescribed it for slightly elevated blood sugar.
Didnt mean to make this so long and thanks again for this resource. You’ve helped me a lot And I appreciate it!

Thanks man, some of the other forums seemed like people were more interested in making themselves look good by criticizing every post, rather than helping people.

Thanks, Rock Diesel. I’ve always gained a lot of info from forums in different areas…we have a small business for example and in the beginning I found help from some different forums, but I’ve never gone deeper and participated…I’m excited to be a part of what you all have built.

Lol....thanks bro. I used to be big into Greek and Norse mythology. I've had that user name for 20-30 years on countless boards. I don't even care for it much anymore but it's kinda like my actual name at this point. It's what everyone knows me as.
